Go house-shopping with your real estate agent!
- determine the specifics of the property you are looking for:
• price• type (condo, single-family residence, townhouse, duplex, etc.)• area• required amenities, etc.
- visit properties in order to find suitable options that meet your requirements
- submit offers and negotiate (if necessary) until a mutual agreement is met with a seller
- provide us with all necessary documentation related to the property (accepted Purchase offer, MLS listing, etc.)
5. Optimal Lending solution

- rate type: fixed? variable?
- lender: conventional? alternative? Private?
- amortization period: 20 years? 25 years? 30 years?
